Alliance HealthTech Summit 2025, hosted by Alliance Pakistan and Choice Advertising, is a groundbreaking two-day event exploring how innovation is transforming healthcare. With a focus on AI, robotics, genomics, digital health, policy, and biotechnology, the summit brings together 500+ healthcare professionals, tech innovators, policymakers, and academics. Attendees will gain insights from 50+ global experts, explore cutting-edge solutions, and engage in panels, masterclasses, and exhibitions. The Summit aims to foster collaboration, improve healthcare access, and shape the future of medical education, governance, and patient care.

Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for an Employee Partner in Marketing HealthTech Summit at Alliance Pakistan. The Employee Partner will be responsible for marketing and promoting the HealthTech Summit, engaging with potential partners, and supporting the overall success of the event.
Skills and Qualifications
- Marketing, Partner Engagement, and Event Promotion skills
- Strong communication and networking abilities
- Experience in Direct Marketing and B2B
- Experience in digital marketing, and social media,
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to work remotely in a team
- Passion for improving health and technology in Pakistan
- Experience in event management is a plus
Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard high-impact delegates, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- Develop targeted outreach plans for healthcare companies, healthTech companies/startups, and investors for the summit.
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align messaging and outreach.
- Onboard healthtech , health, and pharma industry players government departments and multiple associations in industry and health community.
- Track outreach progress, manage pipelines, and follow up with sponsorship conversion.
- Bring strategic participants who enhance the credibility and scale of the Summit.
- Achieve targets for registration of delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsorship revenue.
- Build strong industry connections to support future editions.
- Represent the Summit professionally in meetings, emails, and industry forums.
