Project Description Alliance HealthTech Summit 2025, hosted by Alliance Pakistan and Choice Advertising, is a groundbreaking two-day event exploring how innovation is transforming healthcare. With a focus on AI, robotics, genomics, digital health, policy, and biotechnology, the summit brings together 500+ healthcare professionals, tech innovators, policymakers, and academics. Attendees will gain insights from 50+ global experts, explore cutting-edge solutions, and engage in panels, masterclasses, and exhibitions. Qualifications:
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or stakeholder engagement— preferably in health, tech, or events.
- Familiarity with the healthtech ecosystem, including hospitals, digital health startups, pharmaceutical companies, medtech, research institutions, and public health bodies.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex health and technology topics to diverse partners.
- Experience in proposal writing, agreement drafting, and cross-sector collaboration.

- Forge high-value partnerships that enhance the credibility, reach, and impact of the conference.
- Develop a diverse partner ecosystem, including startups, established firms, and institutional actors.
- Support long-term relationship building to sustain the event beyond a single edition.
- Ensure partners contribute meaningful thought leadership, innovation, and visibility to the summit.
- Help position the conference as a leading platform for HealthTech collaboration in the region.
- Identify, approach, and build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, startups, corporates, research bodies, public sector agencies, and NGOs relevant to the summit’s goals.
- Design partnership frameworks that offer mutual value—such as co-branded panels, pavilions, product demos, white papers, or healthtech showcases.
- Lead negotiations and finalize MoUs or partnership agreements aligned with the event’s mission.
- Act as the main point of contact for all partners from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
- Work with content, media, and exhibition teams to ensure partners are wellintegrated into panels, exhibitions, networking sessions, and digital materials.
- Support in developing partnership communication material, outreach campaigns, and official partner listings.
- Track partner commitments and deliverables, ensuring visibility, branding, and engagement expectations are fulfilled.
