Project Description Alliance HealthTech Summit 2025, hosted by Alliance Pakistan and Choice Advertising, is a groundbreaking two-day event exploring how innovation is transforming healthcare. With a focus on AI, robotics, genomics, digital health, policy, and biotechnology, the summit brings together 500+ healthcare professionals, tech innovators, policymakers, and academics. Attendees will gain insights from 50+ global experts, explore cutting-edge solutions, and engage in panels, masterclasses, and exhibitions. The Summit aims to foster collaboration, improve healthcare access, and shape the future of medical education, governance, and patient care. Date: 26–27 Nov 2025 | Venue: Serena Hotel, Islamabad

Qualifications:

  • Secure key sponsors early to support event viability.
  • Experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or B2B marketing— preferably in conferences, expos, or large-scale events.
  • Strong network of potential sponsors in relevant industries (tech, health, education, finance, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools, proposal writing, and budgeting.

Expectations:

  • Identify, approach, and secure strategic sponsors aligned with the conference theme.
  • Meet or exceed financial targets for sponsorship revenue.
  • Build long-term sponsor relationships for future editions of the event.
  • Ensure all sponsors receive promised value and a smooth, professional experience.
  • Uphold the event’s integrity by aligning sponsorships with its mission and audience.
  • Develop tailored sponsorship packages, presentations, and value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sponsorship deals that meet both financial goals and brand alignment.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with sponsors before, during, and after the event.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to ensure sponsor branding, deliverables, and visibility are executed as promised.
  • Maintain a sponsorship CRM, track performance, and report regularly on progress.
  • Ensure sponsor booths, speaking slots, panels, and activation opportunities are wellintegrated into the event experience.

Compensation:

  • Entitled to 20-50 percent of the revenues directly coming through the position.
  • Entitled to 1-5 percent share in the project profits depending upon involvement.
  • Performance Bonus tied to the contribution.
  • Certificate and honorarium
  • Option for short-term contract or full-time engagement with equity participation in future editions (the summit series will be managed by a separate registered company).
  • Will be given priority in other Alliance paid and partnership positions.
