Qualifications:

• Experience in project or event management, preferably in healthcare, life sciences,
  and tech sectors.
• Strong knowledge of healthtech and healthcare industry dynamics and emerging
  healthtech trends.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and budgeting skills.

Expectations:

• Deliver a high-impact, industry-leading event experience.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with healthtech leaders, startups, investors, and
  regulators
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the summit.
• Manage cross-functional teams (logistics, marketing, content, partnerships).
• Oversee speaker curation, sponsor relations, and delegate engagement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
• Drive strategic goals, timeline adherence, and P&L performance.

Compensation:

• Entitled to 20-50 percent of the revenues directly coming through the position.
• Entitled to 1-5 percent share in the project profits depending upon involvement.
• Performance Bonus tied to the contribution.
• Certificate and honorarium
• Option for short-term contract or full-time engagement with equity participation in future editions (the summit series will be managed by a registered company).
• Will be given priority in other Alliance paid and partnership positions.
