ALLIANCE MEMBERS' COMPENSATION PACKAGE

MONITORY COMPENSATION

Alliance has decided to offer two types of compensation, 1) Payments per accomplished tasks 2) Revenue sharing partnership. Compensation will be distributed in case of team work as per contribution of each member.

The member will have to get prior approval of the task from Alliance admin before initiating. Each member working alone or in a group will has to report individually their contribution to the accomplished task and report progress through weekly performance report (https://alliancepakistan.org/weekly-performance-report/).

The fame, size, and expertise of the sponsor organisation/person, the number tickets, and booth sold and the efforts of our partner. 

Leadership (Office Bearers of Councils, Forums, Campaigns)

  • All leadership roles (chairs, directors, managers, executives) in Alliance organs (Councils, Forums, Campaigns) are voluntary (without salary) but will have a share (1- 5%) in all revenues/profits from projects and activities related to their organ, based on their contribution to running of these organs (councils, forums, campaigns,) and their role in activities.
  • All office bearers are also entitled to above Payment per Task.
  • Besides, all councils, forums, and campaigns are semi-independent bodies and have authority to initiate commercial projects after approval.

Note: The extension of incumbent office bearers will depend upon their performance in the coming three months. In future members would be assigned leadership roles on the basis of their performance.

Alliance members are encouraged to join as member of different councils, forums, campaigns and projects. They can apply for leadership role through form in Positions.  A member can hold three positions at maximum in various organs. The existing office bearer can also apply if they are interested in any other leadership role.

Projects*

All Alliance projects are registered companies.  Each Employee Partner will have distinctive responsibilities according to their position and will have number of shares accordingly. All interested Allies (Alliance members) please read details about each project on web and apply accordingly.
