Alliance Pakistan’s national campaigns are transformative efforts to address the core challenges holding Pakistan back: illiteracy, poverty, discrimination, poor healthcare access, and the digital divide. These campaigns aim to create systemic change by ensuring that every citizen, regardless of background, has access to learning, healing, and opportunity. They call for collective national responsibility, inviting individuals, institutions, and businesses to contribute their voice, skills, and support. By joining these efforts, applicants become part of a powerful movement to build a more equitable, empowered, and future-ready Pakistan. With a focus on AI, robotics, genomics, digital health, policy, and biotechnology, the summit brings together 500+ healthcare professionals, tech innovators, policymakers, and academics. Attendees will gain insights from 50+ global experts, explore cutting-edge solutions, and engage in panels, masterclasses, and exhibitions. The Summit aims to foster collaboration, improve healthcare access, and shape the future of medical education, governance, and patient care. Date: 26–27 Nov 2025 | Venue: Serena Hotel, Islamabad Qualifications:

• Must be interested in marketing, business development, or partnerships, ideally in healthcare, tech, or event domains.
• Strong communication and networking skills

Expectations:

• Identify and onboard high-impact speakers, delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors.
• Reach out to targeted healthcare companies, healthtech companies/startups, and investors.
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align messaging and outreach.

• Please go through the themes and panels of The Summit to identify your areas of expertise and mention in your application.
• Recognized expertise or leadership in healthcare, health technology, medical research, public health, health policy, or digital health innovation.
• Relevant professional or academic experience in the health or tech ecosystem.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills, with experience presenting at conferences, panels, or forums.
• Demonstrated contributions to healthcare transformation, such as published research, policy work, innovative projects, or technology deployment.
• Passion for knowledge-sharing, interdisciplinary dialogue, and collaborative solutions.

Expectations:

• Present evidence-based, forward-thinking, and accessible content relevant to policymakers, entrepreneurs, clinicians, investors, and students.
• Inspire actionable thinking—whether through tech innovation, regulatory reform, ethical insight, or scalable healthcare solutions.
• Help position the Summit as a leading regional platform for transformative ideas in health and technology.
• Collaborate with other speakers and Summit partners to create a diverse, inclusive, and multidisciplinary dialogue.
• Deliver a keynote, panel participation, solo talk, or fireside chat on a designated theme within the HealthTech Summit.
• Prepare and submit presentation materials, summaries, and biographies ahead of deadlines.
• Align talk content with the Summit’s theme, focusing on innovation, real-world application, and future challenges or solutions in health and healthtech.
• Engage with the audience Q&A or breakout sessions (where applicable).
• Be available for networking sessions, media interviews, or expert briefings if scheduled.

Compensation:

• Speakers are encouraged to partner with us in sponsorship activities. They are entitled to 20-50 percent of the revenues directly coming through them.
• Honorarium as decided by the Compensation Committee.
• Certificate of Participation and Contribution
• Option for short-term contract or full-time engagement with equity participation in future editions (the summit series will be managed by a separate registered company).
• Will be given priority in other Alliance events, paid and partnership positions.

• Familiarity with the healthtech ecosystem, including hospitals, digital health startups, pharmaceutical companies, medtech, research institutions, and public health bodies.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex health and technology topics to diverse partners.
• Experience in proposal writing, agreement drafting, and cross-sector collaboration.

Expectations:

• Forge high-value partnerships that enhance the credibility, reach, and impact of the conference.
• Develop a diverse partner ecosystem, including startups, established firms, and institutional actors.
• Support long-term relationship building to sustain the event beyond a single edition.
• Ensure partners contribute meaningful thought leadership, innovation, and visibility to the summit.
• Help position the conference as a leading platform for HealthTech collaboration in the region.
• Identify, approach, and build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, startups, corporates, research bodies, public sector agencies, and NGOs relevant to the summit’s goals.
• Design partnership frameworks that offer mutual value—such as co-branded panels, pavilions, product demos, white papers, or healthtech showcases.
• Lead negotiations and finalize MoUs or partnership agreements aligned with the event’s mission.
• Act as the main point of contact for all partners from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
• Work with content, media, and exhibition teams to ensure partners are wellintegrated into panels, exhibitions, networking sessions, and digital materials.
• Support in developing partnership communication material, outreach campaigns, and official partner listings.
• Track partner commitments and deliverables, ensuring visibility, branding, and engagement expectations are fulfilled.
