Purpose of the Webinar

To examine the growing challenges faced by private hospitals and clinics across provinces in Pakistan and open a dialogue on viable policy, financial, and regulatory reforms that can stabilize and strengthen the private healthcare sector.


Brief Description

Private healthcare providers form a significant part of Pakistan’s health delivery system, catering to a vast portion of the population. However, they face mounting difficulties—ranging from regulatory burdens and rising operational costs to lack of support, inconsistent quality standards, and poor integration with the public system. This webinar brings together healthcare entrepreneurs, policymakers, and health system experts to explore the roots of this crisis at the provincial level. The goal is to identify actionable solutions that support sustainability, accessibility, and quality of private health services.

  • Owners, administrators, or senior managers of private hospitals or clinics

  1. Opening Remarks (5 minutes): Welcome and session objectives
  2. Keynote Address (10 minutes): Overview of private healthcare dynamics
  3. Panel Presentations (3–4 speakers, 10 minutes each): Ground realities and policy insights from provinces
  4. Panel Discussion (20 minutes): Dialogue on reform pathways and collaboration
  5. Audience Q&A (15 minutes): Open floor for questions and comments
  6. Closing Remarks (5 minutes): Summary and next steps

Guidelines for Speakers

  • After a registration and acceptance you will receive notification through email and whatsApp along a meeting link.
  • Submit your slides or outline 48 hours before the event
  • Keep presentation focused and within time limits
  • Use evidence, real-world examples, and policy-relevant language
  • Join 15 minutes early for technical setup
  • Remain open to questions and differing viewpoints
