Purpose of the Webinar
To highlight the real-world challenges faced by newly qualified doctors in Pakistan and facilitate a constructive dialogue on how medical institutions, policymakers, and senior professionals can ease the transition from education to professional practice.
Brief Description
Every year, thousands of medical graduates enter Pakistan’s healthcare workforce, only to encounter a complex landscape of limited house job opportunities, unclear career pathways, inadequate mentorship, mental health strain, and systemic issues in public and private sectors. This webinar seeks to explore these challenges through the voices of young doctors, educators, and healthcare administrators. The goal is to identify actionable reforms, support systems, and policy-level changes that can empower the next generation of medical professionals.
Qualifications for Speakers
- Young doctors (1–5 years post-graduation) with firsthand experience
- Senior physicians, deans, or hospital administrators familiar with graduate integration
- Medical education experts, health workforce planners, or policymakers
- Individuals engaged in mentoring, HR, or advocacy within healthcare institutions
Expectations from Speakers
- Share real-life challenges and experiences with clarity and honesty
- Present data, trends, or systemic insights where possible
- Offer recommendations to improve the early-career doctor experience
- Engage with audience questions and support dialogue

Guidelines for Speakers
- After a registration and acceptance you will receive notification through email and whatsApp along a meeting link.
- Submit any materials 48 hours in advance
- Keep content focused, relevant, and within the time limit
- Use respectful, inclusive language
- Be available for a pre-event technical check
- Stay for audience engagement and post-panel discussion

- Log in 5–10 minutes before the session begins
- Keep microphone muted unless invited to speak
- Ask concise and respectful questions
- Participate in polls, chats, or discussions
