Context: Challenges Teachers Face in Pakistan
Teachers in Pakistan, particularly in primary and secondary education, face a wide range of challenges that hinder their effectiveness, growth, and motivation:

- Outdated teaching methods and limited training opportunities
- Overcrowded classrooms with poor infrastructure and lack of learning materials
- Limited career progression and unclear promotion mechanisms
- Heavy administrative workload (e.g., voter registration, census, exams)
- Lack of motivation due to absence of recognition and respect in society
Private Sector Teachers
- Extremely low pay scales with no job security or social benefits
- Long working hours, often exceeding classroom duties
