Month 1 – Launch & Mobilization

Goal: Build visibility, attract members, and set priorities.

Launch Event (Hybrid): “Youth as Drivers of Pakistan’s Future” – panel with youth leaders, educators, entrepreneurs.
Membership Drive: Enroll 2,000+ young people nationwide via universities, youth councils, and online sign-ups.
Baseline Youth Survey: Collect data on education, employment, skills gaps, and aspirations.
Mentorship & Career Guidance Program (Pilot): Pair 50 students with 20 industry mentors.
Youth Skills Academy – Bootcamp #1: “Digital Skills for the Future” (freelancing, coding basics, social media marketing).
Scholarship & Internship Portal (Phase 1): Soft launch with initial 50+ opportunities.
Policy Dialogue #1: Youth roundtable on Education & Employment Challenges with parliamentarians and experts.

Goal: Strengthen skills, mentorship, and advocacy.

Youth Innovation Challenge (Pilot): Small-scale hackathon/competition on local community problems (e.g., climate, education, jobs).
Mentorship Sessions (Round 2): Expand to 100 mentees with career tracks (STEM, law, business, arts, public policy).
Youth Skills Academy – Bootcamp #2: “Soft Skills & Career Readiness” (CV building, communication, workplace skills).
Policy Dialogue #2: Youth consultation on Digital Economy & Future of Work → prepare a short Youth Policy Note.
Internship & Job Prep Workshop: Partner with HR firms & companies for mock interviews & career readiness sessions.
Youth Exchange Webinar: Virtual dialogue with an international youth forum (e.g., South Asia Youth Council).
Media & Storytelling Campaign: Launch “Faces of Pakistan’s Youth” – social media campaign sharing success stories.

Goal: Demonstrate impact, scale programs, and position AYF as a credible youth voice.

Youth Skills Academy – Bootcamp #3: “Entrepreneurship & Startup Basics” – idea pitching, business model canvas, funding basics.
Youth Innovation Challenge (Finals): Showcase Top 10 youth-led solutions/startups to investors, incubators, and policymakers.
Scholarship & Internship Portal (Phase 2): Expand to 200+ opportunities with company/university partnerships.
Mentorship Program (Round 3): Launch “Young Leaders Track” – preparing 20 youth leaders for policy engagement.
Policy Dialogue #3: National Youth Policy Forum – present Youth Charter (based on 3-month consultations) to Ministry of Youth Affairs.
Youth Recognition Ceremony: Award “Top Young Innovators, Changemakers, and Social Entrepreneurs”.
AYF Media Partnership: Secure coverage with TV channels, digital platforms, and youth magazines.
Global Linkage MoU: Sign at least 1 partnership with an international youth body for exchanges.
